Currently I’m training for Seabrook Pelican Challenge.  Which I'll be running two half marathons on Saturday and Sunday March 15-16th.  Sometimes I’m not as focused with my training on my business trips. So I decided to get a little help from a friend.  This past weekend I met up with Crystal, of Synergy Total Holistic Health and Wellness, for her Naked Fine Running Clinic. 

Stretching on the Reformer

It was brutal, but in a good way.   After sprinting inclines, I  looked forward to stretching on the Pilates Reformer.
