Just two more weeks until ITS OVER and Jumpsuit Design

I'm in my last few weeks before capstone presentations April 30th - May 2nd, plus toss in two weeks of business traveling has left me with no room for sewing.  I find that it's been hard concentrating because all I think about are the projects I look forward to making after I can put school behind me.   Graduation can't come soon enough because once it's passed, I have 20 plus patterns lined up on the assembly line.  Well maybe not quite 20, could be more.  Since my time on the sewing machine and cutting table has been reduced (temporary), I've been designing a few jumpsuits I want to make this S/S season.  This one here is first up.  I've had time to cut out a pattern, made with muslin fabric.  Thankfully I had sense to make it with muslin first to mark any fitting issues and avoid a costly mistake with cutting into my fashion fabric.  Once I correct the fittings (more room in the THIGH is needed.....uugh), I'm looking forward to wearing this jumpsuit celebrating my new found freedom from school and enjoying someone's patio and a few martini's.  Plus I'll look forward to blogging about my jumpsuit experience.
